− House needs a total spring clean. Most windows unable to be opened due to broken locks. No milk and only 1 black tea, teabag ( there was a few green tea bags)

The building is tired and maintained poorly.
6.0The view was perfect. The house was large. The beds brilliant
− The house wasn't clean. The shared bathroom had dirt on the floors, heavy footprints on floors all around the couch. the balcony door lock was on the floor, so door was not able to be locked, the fridge, iced water, was leaking the whole time, there were kitchen cupboards broken. The windows were all rusted and leaking air and noise. The price is pricy for a tired building

The view was amazing, the weekend we spent there was fantastic...the Penthouse lives up to its name
