− The yard is small but not a major problem given we could go for walks every day
The weather was cold and wet but the house kept us warm and dry with plenty of room to spread out!
8.0It was clean and contained everything we needed. Walking distance to shops and river and parkland. Generous quantities of consumables.
− Small outdoor areas and had to park on the nature strip.
