Upea paikka ja sijainti, mökki sisältä päivityksen tarpeessa.

Hieno hirsitalo ja rauhallinen sijainti Punkaharju resortilla, jossa oli paljon tekemistä ja nähtävää.

− Asunto olisi päivityksen tarpeessa: keittiön kaapistot ja jääkaappi olivat kuluneita ja likaisen (rasvaisen) oloisia, sohva samoin (ei pysty istumaan siinä!) ja ruokapöytä. Asunnossa on pistävä haju, varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa. Sen takia ei saunottu. Haju vähän väheni, kun veimme wc-pöntön edessä! olevan maton ulos.

Sujuva sisäänkirjautuminen sekä poistuminen. Maisemat hienot. Mökki paljon tilaa ja yleisvaikutelma siisti.

− Pieniä muurahaisia kylpyhuoneessa, jonne oli laitettuna muurahaissyöttejä (haimme kaupasta uusia syöttejä lisää, sillä muurahaisia oli runsaasti). Pesuhuoneessa ei ollut lattialämmitystä, joten lattia kuivui huonosti.

− Muurahaisia oli jonkin verran, mutta ei ollut iso haitta.

Sijainnista ja rauhallisuudesta.

− Muurahaiset on vallanneet koko asunnon. Ne on vuoteissa, matkatavaroissa, kaikkialla. Ja niitä on paljon! Joudittiin hankkimaan myrkkyjä itse. Sauna ei lämpeä yli 50 asteen, löylyjä ei saa. Kaakelin saumat homeessa.
