9.0Close to town, great view of lake and the Remarkables, free parking, well furnished and had everything we needed.
− I did request that a twin room was made up as a double well in advance of our arrival and it was confirmed that it would be done. Unfortunately we found this was not the case on arrival, but we lived with it. A clearer apartment number and better direction would have helped us find unit 14 too, as it was not clearly marked.

Would definitely recommend this property.
10.0The views were amazing over Lake Wakatipu. Great location, we found no need for a car, with a very short walk to the edge of the CBD area of Queenstown. The hill up to the property could be a challenge for the elderly, but compared with plenty of other locations we saw, it wasn't too bad. The property itself was very clean, and plenty of room for the five of us.
− The wi-fi internet wasn't working, and even if it was working, the guest info did suggest that connection speeds may be impacted in peak periods anyway. It didn't affect us too much, as I bought a travel sim for my mobile phone with plenty of data, and hotspotted to the rest of the family (the telco provider was 2degrees, and I had great connection/download speeds at the property & elsewhere).
