The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach and beachfront shops, and a short drive from the local mall and supermarkets. The house was well laid out and spacious, with everything we needed.

− The traffic can be a bit noisy, but it was quiet during the night. The air-conditioning in the master bedroom only provided heating.

Location was great ,10 mins walk to restaurants and the beach .

− The accommodation was next to a very busy ,noisy road day and night, awful.Windows only single glass .Stayed for 2 weeks so not sleeping hardly at all . couldn't even sit out in garden . It was like being next to a motorway . Accommodation could do with updating and good clean .

Will be coming back to this property for sure!!

Palm Beach Manor was a great little villa/apartment for our little staycation: it is well situated, local and walking distance to the centre of Rockingham central shops and restaurants precinct, and only a couple of blocks from the ocean front beaches. The property presented very well, with a well equipped kitchen, towels and toiletries for the guests, and blankets and heaters if required. The rooms all have fans to ensure they are not stuffy, while shutters can be closed along with the blinds to shut out any light if you wanted a sleep-in! Only the master bedroom has an airconditioner though, which doesn't quite work. There is a high chair for your toddler and an extra mattress if needed too. There is parking for two cars easily, one in a lock-up garage and another in a carpark slot, and maybe another if absolutely needed as long as it doesn't obstruct the other villa owners/users. Because of its great location, we spent a bit of time at the beaches, and ate out just as much! For those needing a barbeque, they have a Weber Q (or similar) for your use. They also have a great outdoor sitting area for your sundowners. This property is double-storeyed with all the bedrooms upstairs and all the living areas downstairs, including a third toilet in the laundry. The elderly or people with mobility issues may find it difficult to get up the rather steep stairs. Palm Beach Manor has good/decent wifi and is equipped with a smart-TV capable of streaming the usual video streaming services. It also has a DVD player and a cache of DVDs that you would probably like to watch/re-watch.

− Because of its location next to a pretty heavily used road/main road, there can be some noise polution. However, the shutters certainly does its job well in that situation. The airconditioner in the master bedroom didn't work very well if at all and could do with an update or service. The main airconditioner downstairs worked superbly during our stay! The fan controls especially in the master bedroom also could do with a service or have it looked at as it does not seem to respond to speeds - just on, or off. Other than that, the property presented clean, tidy, and comfortable both in the living areas as well as the bedrooms!

Our stay was exceptional in every way; the location was ideal, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were roomy, and the beds provided great comfort. We highly recommend staying here and appreciated the thoughtful extras such as board games, DVDs, and complimentary WiFi.

Friendly owners who communicated prior to the stay with information on address and access. The house was in an excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment like bowling and the cinemas. The facilities were considered with everything you would need to drop your bag, settle in and make a meal (including a BBQ), toiletries and dishwasher tablets and laundry powder to wash clothes. The decorations made you feel at home (including a Christmas tree for the festive period) and the bedrooms were comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year break and were able to make a full Christmas lunch with no issues using the provided air fryer and oven. Dave the owner went above and beyond providing a bin during the holiday period once the one on site was full and I was impressed at how that need was anticipated. I stayed with my daughter and we appreciated the little touches like provided DVDs to watch and a bookcase stocked with a range of books. The art on the walls and the little touches around the house made us feel at home. I highly recommend a stay here
