− It’s a pity the cooking area is so small and limited.

7.0− For the price paid, I think a good selection of tea and coffee should be available. I only found a box with a few decaf tea bags in it.
We had a great time.
8.0Its location was amazing and it was a simple, well laid out space.
− I think in today’s world a decent sized smart TV is expected and if not, information given for guests to be able to be prepared and bring suitable HDMI leads or otherwise. I’d replace the plug in the sink for a conventional one as it is bound to keep getting stuck considering the location.

10.0Extremely comfortable bed, lovely light, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Two minutes from the beach. Great location in picturesque village. The Dolphin pub and restaurant 5 minutes walk. Easy to get onto the Suffolk coastal path. Aldeburgh 2 mike's walk along the coast
− We liked everything. The only thing it lacked was a bit more surface space in the kitchenette as we like cooking occasionally while on holiday.

Lovely location but improvements needed.
6.0Location was fine. Apartment was spacious but could be improved. Nice cafe adjacent.
− Noise from apartment above and external stairs from people moving about at unsocial hours. Clearly there are issues with sound on the floor above as we were disturbed at 5am on one night. Kitchen area was ok for a bedsit but not able to cook a full meal. Vacuum was no good. We intended to use this as we stayed with our dogs but it was inadequate.
