Everything! It was very charming and totally relaxing. It felt like home the moment we walked thru the door! Tim and Leslie were so accommodating and such pleasant folks. We were totally pleased with everything! It was above and beyond our expectations! And the cake was to die for! We couldn’t have wanted for anything more!

The house was very modern, comfortable, very clean and equipped with everything you may need during your trip ( including toiletries and a basket of snacks!) We enjoyed the patio and the grill too. The garage was well set up for fixing and storing our bikes (tools, pump, bike stands, etc). It was a short bike ride or walk into town for all the restaurants, trails and the museum.

A beautiful house with unexpected amenities located near Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville.

From the minute you walk into this house, you will feel at home and will recognize the love and attention to detail that has been put into creating a wonderful stay for guests. Each of the three bedrooms and two baths is creatively decorated and welcoming. Bedrooms have Roku TV and local and streaming channels are available. The kitchen is stocked not only with the usual supplies like dishes and pots and pans, but also with a range of utensils and cooking supplies. Fresh fruit and fresh flowers adorn the kitchen, and sweet treats and candies are a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other supplies such as toothbrushes and shaving cream. There's a washer and dryer as well as all the laundry supplies you might need. The house has a one-car garage, outdoor space, and a grill. The wifi was excellent. The property is in an ideal location for seeing Bentonville's many attractions. It was a two-minute drive to Crystal Bridges and if the weather is good, it's a pleasant walk. Downtown Bentonville is close and a grocery store is within an easy walk. The house was immaculate and the hosts provided excellent information about the house; communication before our arrival was outstanding, and the hosts are readily available if there are any problems. I honestly cannot think of any downside to staying here, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. It truly deserves the five star ratings.
