Disappointed compared to previous stay, likely wouldn’t return.

Have stayed before, well located to visit multiple locations in central Scotland. Has a small garden for kids to play in and an outdoor seating area and hot tub.

− Interior could be doing with a good clean, was a lot of dead flies in property and some areas of the house had not been well cleaned. Is located next to Bonnyside House which is a large party house and can be very noisy if people are staying at it. There is also very limited parking area for the volume of cars if that property is booked out whilst you’re there.

Modern open kitchen which was will stocked and relaxing conservatory. The outside space was also beautiful, private and relaxing.

− The bathroom requires updating. The lighting in both bedrooms needs to be brighter. The main bedroom had no hanging facilities and in the twin room the set of drawers was broken.

Absolutely fantastic from the start, lovely accommodation, so clean and has everything you need. I had the best night's sleep every night. Great views and wildlife, deer's rabbits squirrel's, geese duck's. The hot tub was just perfect 👍 would definitely be booking again.
