9.0Location. Facilities. Comfort. A beautiful home
− Suggest cleaners pay more attention to detail as area beside fridge was thick with dust. Ensuite also could have been cleaner. BBQ tray was dirty. Room with bunk bed had a damp smell. Maintenance needed for blinds
An excellent location and accomodation option. Would definetely stay again.
8.0The location was outstanding, minutes walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Beach was a two minute walk. House itself was beautiful, spacious and spread over four levels so everyone was afforded some privacy.
− Just a small complaint, for the cost of the accomodation, a better offering of Bathroom towels would be expected. Two small bath towels (no hand towels or bath mats) would be a minimum in my opinion.

Ultimately , we had a lovely stay. This accommodation was booked for our daughter’s wedding. We prepared for the wedding
9.0Spacious - good for family get togethers. Cole to the beach and shopping centre.
− There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom- bin had not been emptied. Upper Double bunk bed in one of the bedrooms had not been made. The doona supplied with this bed was odourless and stained( this was quickly replaced once we made contact with the management). Much appreciated. There was no handwashing available in the ensuite bathroom and living area bathroom ( this was replaced without haste once management was notified ). Thankyou. The outdoor furniture was unsafe for use. Rusted through and requires replacement. There was an incident where guest fell onto floor on balcony from single seat. Luckily, the seat cushion cushioned the fall and there was no injury. Also, the larger lounge of the two had a support leg and it was duck taped- we found this after lounge became unstable.!!!
