If this was my property I would sack the property managers. Their attitude was appalling.

It was close to shops and it was large

− The spa was filthy and the property managers would not come and look or clean it. The lights over the kitchen work bench did not work. There were only 5 dinner plates which for a house which sleeps 8 is ridiculous.

Superb location, would stay agin

Location and facilities were excellent

− Noisy toilet flushing and when bathroom tap runs next door. Presumably due to “industrial” design with pipes exposed and lack of insulation

Stylisch großes Haus mit viel Platz und einer tollen Küche

− Der Whirlpool war sehr dreckig und nicht nutzbar. Die Pumpe der Badewanne hatte ein Leck und hat dadurch das andere Bad geflutet. Außerdem funktionierten die Lüfter nicht überall, sodass Stockflecken an den Wänden zu sehen waren. Wir haben alles reklamiert, aber es gab nur ein kurzes Sorry und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass unsere Beschwerde wirklich ernst genommen wurde.
