Nagyon otthonos házikó, tökéletes egy csendes, természetközeli kikapcsolódáshoz. A kert szépen gondozott, hangulatos, kerti sütögetésre tökéletes. Érdekesség a telken belül parkoló GAZ69. Két utcányira található egy jó étterem és pékség. Könnyed sétatávolságra több gyönyörű természeti látnivaló is van.
