Spacious apartment, clean, warm and a home from home
9.0A lovely apartment, it was obviously once a shop/office but not a problem at all. Everything we needed was supplied including a couple of bottles of Orval ready in the fridge 🍻 It was very easy to find and spacious, warm and lovely & clean. Really convenient a very short walk to the centre of town with everything you need. Patrick, our host, popped by to say hello & I had his phone number in case of any issues. If you’re going to Abbaye d’Orval there is a bus at 12.30 just around the corner. There are no taxis in town at all! We arrived by train & Florenville station is over 2k away from the town itself so we walked - up hill there but downhill on the way back. Apparently there is a bus but we never saw it. They’re revamping the main square which looks like it’ll be fantastic once done. A lovely little town and fantastic Abbaye to visit.
− Slight transport issues in the town that might be a problem for some but we were fine.
