The Grandstand was nice and comfortable, the view was amazing and bird life was wonderful.

− Small bedrooms and no where to put your clothes. No washing facilities although this is ok for short stays like ours.
Gorgeous setting but access only for those with an AWD or 4WD CAR
5.0− There is a VERY steep long and unsealed driveway to access the property. Our new front wheel drive car couldn’t maintain traction and we had to walk up the driveway in the rain with all our gear. The info should state that an AWD or 4WD car is needed.

9.0Fantastic view and a lot of spaces in the property.
− It looked newer and cleaner on pictures than it is in real life. It is just a bit older.

7.0Beautiful position and surrounds, great deck and Kitchen. The cost was worth it because of the incredible views and house was very cozy surrounded by nature and birds. Very scenic area, a rare find for nature lovers
