− A small coffee table would have been useful in lounge area .There was one at side of sofa but felt too awkward to move furniture A property guide book or town street map/instructions /handy torch etc would help strangers to area Had a toaster trip electric couldn’t find fuse box at first it was above the inner door boxed off Owner rang back to offer help but sorted problem ourselves No problems afterwards .

− It was mean not to leave a pint of milk and few tea bags Which is normal with air bnb We had to buy a washing up cloth as there was not an unused one. Information on how to operate tv heating etc no instructions for anything. We new kingsbridge well but newbies would have to fend for themselves,
Lovely little cottage ideal fore a few nights stay.
8.0THe location was excellent. 2 minute walk to the shops, restuarants and waterfront. It was also a 10 minute walk to my daughters house .
− The stairs were very steep up to the bedrooms. Not ideal if you have any mobility problems. The shower was excellent but the water very slow to drain away. The bin in lkitchen and the small bin in tghe lounge area had not been emptied from previous guests.

− It wasn’t super clean and second bedroom was tiny with two single beds pushed together and no space to move around the beds.
