10.0Five out five stars 🌟 Excellent location and the owners Steve and Sarah keep the accommodation immaculate. My partner even had freshly ground coffee ( he doesn’t drink instant ) on the side on arrival which he was very very thankful for, after a very long 6hr drive. Very well kept, clean, peaceful and quiet and brilliant location for many sights & activities. The owners were so kind too as I forgot the beach towels so they provided some for us which was so kind. They also had two brilliant folder which Steve had obv taken a long time to put together and personalise or where to go and what to see ( even included how many miles it was form the accommodation and how long to drive !) we used it a lot . Great holiday , great location and we even got wonderful weather and caught some mackerel for dinner , saw loads including wild dolphins swam under waterfalls …. :) even had a paddle in the stream at the bottom of the garden.

10.0It had everything we needed and you could tell the owners go above and beyond. The local information was really useful and it was peaceful.
− Not a dislike just a caution as there were a few wasp nests in the field in the ground but that is nature. We just walked the dog carefully with no issues.
A great secret!
10.0The whole package was magnificent! With shopping only 5 miles away in Lampeter, we were able to enjoy full days on the road on our motorcycles and return for most relaxing evenings in our rural hideaway.

10.0Beautiful, quiet location with lovely views. Easy to head out for day trips along the coast or to other points of interest inland. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
