施設は素敵だが管理会社は最低
2.0雑木林に囲まれて朝は小鳥の声に包まれる。 ハンモックやテラス、薪ストーブ、卓球台などがあり、子供たちも非日常を楽しめた。
− チェックイン時刻に施設に着くと清掃の車が止まっており、駐車場に入れない。清掃の方に聞くと「今晩宿泊の予約は入っていない」と言われ、確認すると管理会社から清掃会社に予約の連絡を入れ忘れていた様子。 掃除もリネンの取り替えなども途中で、食材や荷物も運び込めず待ちぼうけを食らわされ、家族の誕生日パーティーの飾り付けや、明るいうちに外のテラスでBBQをするという予定が狂わされた。 管理会社に連絡するも、面倒そうな口調で「チェックアウトの時間を延長しますんで」という誠意のない対応で非常に不快であった。
