Great location but please replace the fridge!

− We did not have a working fridge and were only supplied a small bar fridge. We had to throw away a lot of food we bought. And the fridge alarm went off around every two hours waking us up

− It was dirty. Cobwebs in many of the windows. Dirty floors, dirt and debris in the garage, stairwell and bathrooms. For the $400/night charge over the weekend, we believe this presents poor value compared to the Lady Bay Resort across the street
