Superb
9.0The property was extremely clean and well appointed. It was in a gorgeous spot right on the river surrounded by beautiful gardens. The actual apartment was comfortable, quiet and private given its placement in a block of units. However there was no Wifi available as per advertised. The remote control batteries were flat and no formal dining table.
− I was disappointed with the fact that the we booked and paid with booking.com and had it all confirmed only to be contacted a few days later by LJHooker Laurieton via email advising that we had to submit a guest registration requesting personal contact details of both adults staying in the premises with photo licence and credit card photos having to be uploaded. So essentially we signed a lease agreement for a mere three day stay. I found this extremely surprising and disappointing as there was no indication on Booking.com that this was a requirement for this property. Never the less, my call to the office was directed to the holiday booking representative who was unavailable at the time and then failed to return my call. So I would say that the property was most agreeable but not so the promotion not the communication strategy employed by LJHooker Laurieton.
