9.0La villa è meravigliosa, panorama mozzafiato, silenziosa, grande (vi son 4 camere matrimoniali con il proprio bagno ed una piscina spettacolare con vista sul mare, oltre alla dependance)
− La struttura necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione al giardino, all’arredamento, alle aree conviviali che sono sparse nell’ampio giardino e probabilmente una bella pulizia profonda periodicamente
