10.0We loved the location (ideal for beach walks but house situated above the beach), the way the property faces protects the house and the front patio from the wind, the amenities, including all the kitchen gadgets, the furnishings, the parking for 3 cars, and the 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and plenty plug points. In addition, the agents and the owners communicated with us proactively and responded promptly to any questions
