10.0Das Ferienhaus ist ideal für eine größere Gruppe. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

8.0Die Besonderheiten des alten/restaurierten Hauses. (z.T. schiefe Wände, schiefe Böden, die Holzbalken, das Natürliche eines Fachwerkhauses). Es sind ausreichend und vielfältige Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage. 10 Minuten bis zum Hopp on hopp off Bus, zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften..
− Das Wohnzimmer ist eher als Lesezimmer (5 kl. Couch) oder Spielzimmer für Kinder nutzbar, da dort kein großer Tisch vorhanden ist. Im obersten Bad, ist der eine Spot als Lichtquelle zu wenig. Zu den Badestellen/Stränden sind es 20 Laufminuten.
