Wunderschön, gut gelegen, tolle Ausstattung.
9.0Die Lage ist super, nahe zur Innenstadt und nahe zum See. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr wohnlich auch für eine Zeit wo man im Haus verweilen will. Parkplatz gleich vor dem Haus.
− Das einzige ist, dass es vielleicht noch eine bessere Schattierungsmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse gibt. Der Schirm ist super, bei Wind aber halt schwierig. Und in den Schlafzimmern wäre eine Verdunkelungs-Möglichkeit wie im Badezimmer super. Sonst alles perfekt.

− Eine einfache Kaffeemaschine wäre als Option zur Kapselmaschine klasse.

8.0Schönes Haus, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sehr gute Lage, direkter Blick auf die Elde. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Stadtzentrum und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.
− Einige Sachen (z B. Betten, Sitzbank im Flur) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Dielen im Obergeschoss müssten einige Nägel erneuert werden.
