10.0Rooms were neat and cozy.
− We didn't have two keys, for the 2 families to travel to and fro the venue, a bit inconvenient. Security at reception was unfriendly towards the kids. Need a can opener, current 1 does not work, the stove plates need to be repaired, not all work. Add ice cube trays to the freezer. Add a mirror in the guest bedroom, its currently positioned outside the bedroom doorway. Review adding doors to the shower place, its too messy after showering. Add a pizza cutter to the cutlery. Just some improvement tips.

− The fact that there was no cleaning done in our 2 days stay, since there was 6 of us and it’s self catered, the bin was filling up quick so we would have appreciated if they could have atleast emptied the bins for us
Beside the towels and toilet paper, enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place. would definitely be back.

− Towels should be replenished on a daily basis. Guests should not use the same towels for 3 consecutive days. Toilet paper was also not replenished daily. Very disappointed with this as it should be mandatory.

1.0− Security were very rude to us in terms of music and noise but there was no excessive noise we were threatened by security that he will call the police and evacuate us very disappointing.

− We had a noise complaint at around 8pm and all we had was 4 guys talking on the balcony. They also don't provide wifi unlike how it says they do on here
