7.0All the necessary things needed for a short stay and a great base for Scafell Pike and Lake Windermere.
− The cottage needs a deep clean as there were lots of spider webs and dust in light fixtures. The mattresses need changing!!

A lovely cottage to level up the Derwent Water trip
9.0We like the garden which has the benefit of the view of beautiful plant, especially the red acer at the fence. The hot water bath with ample water pressure. The kitchen is so well equipped enable us to cook some decent dinners for three. Bedrooms are well sound proof and we could have sound sleep and good rest after the daytime activities.
− Location is not the most convenient for non-driving resients: it is located beside the main road into the lake, you could imagine how busy it is during day time and how tricky it would be if walk along.

9.0Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location for our work in Keswick. The cleaner was really flexible in sorting rooms for our team switchover each week.
− Could have done with two bathrooms.
