Pasamos una semana en esta casa de vacaciones en Porto Cervo y la experiencia fue muy positiva. El apartamento estaba limpio, era cómodo y contaba con aire acondicionado, algo que agradecimos mucho durante los días de más calor. El complejo residencial está muy bien cuidado y es tranquilo. La piscina fue uno de los lugares donde más disfrutamos, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de playa. También nos resultó muy práctico disponer de una plaza de aparcamiento privada, especialmente en temporada alta. La ubicación nos permitió llegar fácilmente a las playas y a los principales servicios de la zona. En general, disfrutamos de unas vacaciones muy agradables y relajantes. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento a quienes busquen tranquilidad y comodidad, sin necesidad de un ambiente excesivamente lujoso.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa à Porto Cervo. La maison est élégante, parfaitement entretenue et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer qui rend chaque instant inoubliable, du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse jusqu'aux couchers de soleil. La climatisation garantit un confort optimal, même pendant les journées les plus chaudes, tandis que le parking privé est un véritable atout. La piscine de la résidence, toujours propre et paisible, est idéale pour se détendre après une journée passée à découvrir les splendides plages de la Costa Smeralda. L'emplacement est parfait : à seulement un kilomètre du centre de Porto Cervo, vous profitez à la fois du calme et de la proximité des restaurants, boutiques et du célèbre port. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The location and proximity to Porto Cervo are fantastic. That is it!

− Unfortunately, this property is not ready to be rented as a vacation home. It has too many fundamental issues, and because of that, I can only give it **2 stars**. I would not recommend it, nor would I stay here again. Some of the main issues we experienced during our one-week stay of 5 people included: * The Wi-Fi did not work for approximately half of our stay. We tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved the issue. * There was not enough hot water for five people returning from the beach. By the third person taking even a short shower, the water was cold. * The air conditioning in the ground-floor master bedroom barely cooled the room. It functioned more like a fan than an air conditioner. * The kitchen was missing even basic essentials, with insufficient utensils to prepare a simple breakfast for our group. * The bathroom drain in one of the bathrooms did not work properly, making it largely unusable. * For a one-week stay with five guests, the property was stocked with an inadequate amount of toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. No detergent for dishwasher. * The mattresses were extremely hard, and the pillows were among the most uncomfortable I've experienced. * Some of the hair dryers didn't work with the plugs During our stay, I contacted the agency to report these issues, hoping they would address at least some of them. Unfortunately, my message was ignored, and none of the problems were resolved. For that reason, I would not book another property managed by Prince Sardinia Immobiliare. Communication with the agency was also disorganized. Three different people contacted me at different times, often providing conflicting or confusing information, which added unnecessary frustration. Overall, while the location is excellent, the condition of the property and the lack of responsiveness from the agency made for a disappointing experience. I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations.
