A nice cottage. Quaint and comfortable.
10.0Location is very nice.
− A bigger bed would’ve been nice.
Fantastic house and so much to do and see in the area!
10.0Just returned from a wonderful stay here with our four kids. Lovely spotless house with everything we needed for a self catering break for the 6 of us. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of decent quality pots, pans and dishes. Tassimo machine and air fryer a huge plus! The living room is lovely and big with tv and plenty of seating, and the kitchen diner has an added cosy nook with tv and sofas so no fighting over who is watching what. Location-wise, the house is in a nice quiet area, with a very convenient Tesco at the end of the road. The fab town of Portstewart is a 5 minute drive (or within walking distance if you’ve a good pair of legs!). The strand is a similar distance, a very clean beach that you can drive on. Portstewart itself is a lovely bustling little town with lots of little cafes and restaurants. Had delicious ice cream from Morelli’s and also an amazing fish supper from Chipmongers. We went into the bigger town of Portrush a few times for the amusements, again just a short 10 minute drive and plenty to keep the kids occupied. There’s also a Lidl in Portrush which is very reasonable and handy. All in all we had a great stay, so much to do and see in the area. We did a lovely day trip to Rathlin island, saw the causeway and crossed the terrifying Carrick a Rede rope bridge, all of which were within a short driving distance. We also did a day trip to Belfast to see the Titanic museum and W5 (brilliant for the kids!). Would highly recommend!
− Nothing I didn’t like here!
