A casa encontra-se numa urbanização muito calma e verde, agradável para caminhar e muito perto da Praia Verde (cerca de 1,2km). A casa é grande, com muito espaço para acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas. Os quartos e sala têm A/C, o que foi essencial para os dias de calor. No geral, a cozinha tem tudo o que for necessário.

− O jardim da parte traseira da casa está um pouco seco e sem relva (na altura em que fomos), não está bem como aparece nas fotos, precisa de manutenção.
