The views are to die for,having access to the beach bar pool and restaurant was a bonus,the beach right at your doorstep

9.0The view was amazing! The place is lovely and has everything you need. There was a really nice welcome pack with drinks and fruit at arrival. There is a supermarket across the street. Within a few minutes with a grab your at rawai beach and there are great places to eat nearby. The staff was really nice and helpful! I would highly recommend!
− The place needs some renovation on the outside but this is understandable because the salty sea water so close by. So this didn't bother us at all!

8.0THe property was beautiful - right on the ocean just like the photos , the manager Jenny was very helpful, and responded immediately to every question we had. The daily housekeeping service was excellent. We had access to the Selena Serenity hotel facilities. We loved the Bee Gold massages up the street - best massages for $30 cdn. As well as a local bakery that offered great breakfasts and lunches.
− We had reserved an extra bed which wasn't there upon our arrival. They came back half an hour later with a blow-up mattress :(. We never did get another bed delivered. I reached out to Debbie, and we weren't charged, but they did charge us for cleaning the bedding. Also, be aware that there is a quota for the use of electricity, which wasn't that much in the end.

9.0The view is stunning and fascinating, particularly watching a sunrise from the house is something that you will never forget. The location is not bad if you rent a car. In Phuket, everywhere is far from everywhere though. The host was so helpful and nice and did her best for us.
− I think it should have been cleaner that it was. Although, I understand it is hard to keep it clean due to the large size of the house. But still, as a guest, I expect some seamless cleaniness.
