7.0Nice outdoor area, big table and couches. Would be lovely in summer. For anyone concerned with earlier comments about cold, we had no trouble. June stay appx. 9 - 15'C. The split system in the lounge was on for us on arrival, a nice touch and super toasty. Oil heaters in the bedroom were more than enough to take the chill off. Short walk to the beach, including an off-leash dog beach (check seasons/signs). Great selection of games to play.
− No wifi. Not a problem as this is noted in listing but the general reception in the area was very patchy, if you are still needing to use your phone.

− The floor was a bit spongy in places, but we used to where to step lightly.

Not the best but we could see the potential, especially when it was warmer.

− It was COLD! We both found the house very cold, even when split system was on. The house needs to be insulated for full comfort, especially if renting it in cooler months. We realise it's just a coastal batch but it was overpriced in our experience.
