8.0Location excellent, minutes from beach, local shop and only a short drive to Cromer. Kitchen & living/dining space we're fabulous for us all. Bed linen and towels all clean, soft - lovely.
− An upstairs bath/shower room would be good!! Maybe change one of the '3' sitting rooms onto a bedroom and make one of the upstairs bedrooms into a bathroom? Downstairs bathroom sink - seemed not to drain well - caused small flood - easily mopped up but could have been worse - perhaps check drainage on that?

Fabulous family holiday.
9.0What a wonderful spacious traditional Norfolk cottage. Great for the whole family. Brilliant family kitchen with all facilities and the laundry room was fantastic. The beach was within easy walking distance and the next door neighbour was lovely. Wish it was mine!
− We could have done with a bigger garden for our doggy.
