Koselig og privat sted i et rolig nabolag. Vi likte spesielt godt at det var egen jacuzzi og tre ulike soveplasser.

Мы провели здесь 10 дней. Прекрасный дом со всем что тебе необходимо. Прекрасный контакт с владельцем дома. 5 минут ходьбы до моря и на местном транспорте можно хорошо везде добраться. Спасибо большое.

The building was a excellent design

− Chemical for the Tub would have been an advantage, even just some basic low dose chlorine

Misleading property - not relaxing at all

Location with access to a less crowded beach and short drive to Jurmala. The kitchen had everything to cook meals.

− The property lists a hot tub/jacuzzi as one of the amenities, which was a huge selling point for us and was the deciding factor in choosing this property over others in the area. What was supposed to be the most relaxing part of our stay here instead was a source of hours of frustration. The tub was not filled when we arrived and we were informed by the host at that time that it is a wood fired hot tub (i.e., it requires us to build, light and maintain a fire for 3+ hours before we enjoy the hot tub). When we arrived, we immediately started filling the tub with water per our host’s instructions, which took 4+ hours. After that, it was simply too late and we were too tired to try and build/maintain a fire and wait for the tub to heat up. So we decided to try again the next day, but when we took the cover off of the tub found the water had turned green and had little rust pieces floating. Due to all this, we never actually got to use the hot tub. And, even if we had, the host provided only enough fuel to run the hot tub for (at most) about an hour. If we had known that using the hot tub would require so much effort, we would not have chosen this property given that there were other properties available in the area with hot tubs in a similar price range and similar quality rating. Instead, the listing is purposely misleading regarding the hot tub (the pictures conveniently crop out the part of the hot tub revealing it is wood fired). On top of that, the water in the house was salty and smelled like metal and the beds were uncomfortable cheap inner spring mattresses. The host had also notified us about a planned power shutoff for 3 hours in one of the mornings, but did not warn us that this would result in water shutoff, leaving us with no running water that morning. When we contacted host about the tub and other issues, they were rude and unhelpful.
