10.0A casa é bem mobiliada, o que facilita em praticidade pra quem está viajando. A localização era bem próxima do meu compromisso. Mas como não conheço a região, não sei informar se a localização era prática para se locomover pela cidade. Mas pra mim, estava perfeita. A portaria 24h funciona super bem. A casa é bem aconchegante e a anfitriã é bem atenciosa. Foi uma experiência ótima. Recomendo 100%
− PRA MIM E MEU GRUPO, não foi um problema. Mas pode ser que pra outras pessoas seja: a falta de um tanquinho ou máquina de lavar roupa. Contudo, eu entendo que esse eletrodoméstico é bem custoso, para deixar numa casa de aluguel de temporada.
