9.0Maison très spacieuse, récente, tout le confort moderne. Parfait pour un séjour en famille, au calme. Situation géographique proche de Lisbonne, Setubal, idéal pour des excursions à la journée.

8.0Buena situación para visitar las playas al sur de Caparica. Zona residencial tranquila pero cerca de supermercados. Buena comunicación con la propietaria por WhatsApp.
− Circunstancialmente habían tenido problema con agua y tenían una zanja abierta sin tapar en el patio. Íbamos con peques y había que tener cuidado, por el resto todo ok. La casa olía un poco a tabaco pero entiendo que es de los anteriores huéspedes y que el propietario no tiene la culpa

5.0La casa estaba muy bien pero había una avería de agua de la cual nos avisaron cuando estábamos casi llegando al apartamento y había falta de presión y el patio inutilizado…. Demás de la zona de parking teniendo que dejar los vehículos en la calle
− Se lo comentamos el último día al responsable indicándole que tenía que tener un descuento por estas molestias y de malos modos indicó que si no habíamos estado bien nos hubiéramos ido….indicar que la casa la pagamos por adelantado por lo que eso no era posible…. Y más ya estando el Lisboa
