All I can say is when I go back to Holden Beach that house is my first pick in the draft
10.0Perfect space. Very comfortable. Nice nature view out back from porch. 3rd level deck with amazing sunset view and view of ocean. Only a 5 minute walk to beach and right at a public beach access walk

− When we arrived after driving 9hours house had not been cleaned so we had to drive around some more while they came and cleaned. However they did refund cleaning fees. The pillows on the bed were flat not comfortable. No room darkening blinds or curtains not everyone likes to get up early on vacation something owners may want to think about. The inside was big, living room furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. The outside deck needs to be addressed boards coming loose, the lawn outback needs atttention, compared to the houses around this house the yard is not taken care of. I’m actually thinking the owners to visit their place to take care of stuff. The cleaning staff does not mop floors as we had to wear shoes or socks or our feet would get filthy. I’m sorry to complain but this place needs attention, when you get a weeks vacation you look forward to relaxing and enjoying the place you stay and for the rate that was charged it should be addressed.

10.0We loved the house. Everything was neat and tidy. It was open and bright. The location was great, quick walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was convenient.

10.0We really enjoyed our cute little beach home. It was clean & the bed was so comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. The views out the back were lovely. The deer came by each morning.
