Wunderschöne Unterkunft bei Knokke.
10.0Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Wir haben von dort aus alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen können. Das Appartement ist groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Door gebrek aan hygiëne en privacy is dit geen aanrader. de prijs kwaliteit klopt niet!
4.0De locatie is heel mooi, in de natuur (polders)
− Hygiëne was onder alles (vocht op muren, schimmel rond bad, vieze tapijt vol vlekken, vieze handen op ijskast, vieze vloeren, haren op de grond in de badkamer, handen op ramen boven, vieze afstandsbediening TV en Telenet), afgedankte meubels en rare keuken, erg krakend bed. Eigenaars wonen in hetzelfde huis (het is een koppelwoning), dus heb je totaal geen privacy, ze lopen er constant rond

9.0Closeness of the seaside to Knokke and the NL, close to the nature park by horse or bike too. Closeness of horses, stables and green spaces, and all are kept in very nice conditions. Peaceful place, well equiped spaceous house with kind owners.
− Closeness of the route, so some noise from the traffic (but the windows isolate well, so not so big of a problem).

7.0location, space, environment. hosts are correct. Airconditioning in bedroom.
− very basic facilities on arrival ( few coffee capsules, 1 bottle of water, few roles of toilet paper) so think of bringing your own. When bringing a dog, count 15 euros /day/dog. Extra charges if dogs stay in the house are absolutely fine, but this is a bit steep. If staying with more then 2, bunkbeds are available located in the staircase. not a real room. so could be issue with younger children. Hosts live in the same house. both houses are separated but the feeling of omnipresence can prevail.
