10.0Clean, plenty of room for family to spread out, easy walk to the Golf Course and restaurant, fully stocked kitchen including Peet’s coffee. Toilet handle broke and was replaced the same day- Cindy is very communicative and responsive.

9.0House is very spaceous, well stocked. Located in a gated community next to Almanor Lake Perfect for people that want to do water sports, golf, tennis Excellent for family or friends gathering Owner was very responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

10.0Very well appointed, had everything we needed for our stay. It's perfect for large family getaways, with multiple areas for people to hang out, such as the main living room, games room and 'man cave'. Beaches, parks and marinas are only a few minutes drive away.
