Nice weekend attending a wedding and had all we needed to stay with friends

Very enjoyable stay with no real problems whatsoever.
8.0Location suited our purpose to the tee. Parking outside the property is not easy to find. The streets are a bit narrow and on an incline but no real problems. Location is in short walking distance to the train station, plenty of good takeaways and a friendly community
− There was nothing we didn't like but a hair dryer would have been an useful addition to the facilities.

7.0− No licks on the toilet / bathroom doors
very poor.
3.0− boiler wasn`t working on our arrival,( did get notification on the morning of arrival however had to constantly top up boiler pressure to get hot water). water leak coming through kitchen celling, fridge freezing food, bathrooms where clean, messaged owner several occasions prior to arrival & during stay but didn't receive any replies. won`t be staying again.
