Comfortable, warm cottage with private parking. Comfy bed, good cooking facilities. Great host who responds promptly to any communication.

− I didn't like the old Norfolk cottage stairs, but my husband was fine with them.

It's all in the name!

Lovely Cottage is just that, LOVELY! The owner kept in touch, replied promptly, and left us a bottle of wine and fancy crisps, which were much appreciated. The cottage has everything you need. There is a very well documented folder of things to be aware of, places to visit, restaurants, etc. It was certainly written by someone who loves the area and rightly so. The bed was very comfy, and there were extra pillows should you require them. I thought I would, but clearly, the sea air took an effect, and we were out like a light. The cottage was super clean, and I mean SUPER CLEAN!

− This part is written very begrudgingly, but it would not be a true review without a mention. The stairs are steep, and with the bathroom being downstairs with no upstairs toilet, it is an issue if you are in need of frequenting the toilet through the night. It is very well lite but when you are wide awake the are extremely precarious let alone when you are half asleep! I would also mention that there isn't a dishwasher. There simply isn't room. It didn't bother us in the slightest. I just brought a pair of rubber gloves! I just want to add that would the negatives stop us booking again, 💯 not.

Perfect location.

− First impressions you walk round the back into a filthy mat. Open fridge and no ice box. Also the shelf in the fridge fell off directly I put bottle milk on it. Stairs very steep and narrow. Had trouble getting our case up them. Bedding was shabby old and creased - not ironed. Lots of bugs in carpet in front room.
