Das Haus ist wunderbar mit - mehreren Terrassen mit traumhaftem Panoramablick über Ponta do Sol und die Umgebung, - Parkplatz für das Auto, - kompletter Ausstattung, in der nichts fehlt (außer vielleicht eine Spülmaschine, hat uns aber nicht gestört), - viel Platz, - unschlagbarer Ruhe für einen erholsamen Schlaf - und vor allem tadelloser Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

− Der Weg nach Ponta do Sol ist zu Fuß schon ziemlich aufwendig. Die Entfernung ist nicht das Problem, aber man muss einige hundert Höhenmeter meistern. Wir haben den Weg daher immer mit dem Auto zurückgelegt. Bei den zum Teil heftigen Steigungen und unserem nur leicht motorisierten City Car sind wir oft nur im ersten Gang vorwärts gekommen. Irgendwie war das aber auch ein Erlebnis!

Emplacement a Ponta do sol, endroit agréable ! Consommables tous présents : shampoing, gel douche, papier wc, linge de lit, serviettes douches Cuisine très bien équipée Très belle vue, entourée de bananiers. Terrasse avec barbecue.

− L'étage inférieur aurait besoin d'être rénové : douche vieillissante, carrelage détruits sur 6m2. Il y a des cafards qui trainent il faut multiplier les pièges surtout dans la cuisine. On sent les ressorts du lit double. Manque un parasol et une chaise ou deux sur la terrasse supérieure. Il n'y a pas de climatisation.

Nice area, garden, and lower terrace. House is nicely maintained from the outside, enough space and equipment in the kitchen - all what is needed for cooking.

− House would require quite some maintenance from the inside - electrical sockets in all the bedrooms are not fixed to the wall so kids can be easily insured. Floor in the living room on the main way to the kitchen is completely damaged (when passing through - furniture and floor is wobbling) and covered by the temporary carpet, but not fully… Some of the rooms are more like museum and not practical to use at all - but that’s probably nature of the property. There are two beautiful terrace, but furniture is quite damaged so you can use only lower terrace.

Perfect traditional house with stunning view, perfect location. We would definitely come back and highly recommended
