Beautiful place set in a beautiful space.
9.0Location is idyllic, very quiet and rural, lovely.
− Couldn’t turn the heating down as the controls are not accessible to guests. Which I understand but also made it uncomfortably warm when we stayed.

− Flies sugar coffee in little pots uncovered and the barn was covered in flies they have Insectorcutor up this is not enough cover open food

Was ok. Just could do with some adjustments overall okay stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again
6.0Lovely location very nice for walks, beds and sofas were very comfortable and was very cosy.
− On arrival we had no bath towels, no hand wash towels or tea towels. It was stated before booking they provide toilet roll but was none , it was provided upon request. Nearly every room had dead insects and cob webs. Shower downstairs has barely pressure and had to sit in the bath and shower with the other shower connected to the bath taps .WiFi was really bad.

Please note that the property cannot accept same day bookings during the weekends. Bookings for the weekends have to be made 48 hours in advance.
Please note that the London booking office is open from 08:30 until 16:30 from Monday to Friday. There is not an on-site office at the property and all arrival details are sent after the balance is taken 7 working days prior to arrival. A separate email will follow with the arrival and contact details please check the spam folders.
A cleaning fee is charged for the use of the BBQ, this will be refunded if the BBQ is cleaned prior to departure and to the same condition as found.
