4.0Location was good for great ocean road festival
− Toilets didn’t work. Guest decided to use public toilets located down at beach during part of our stay. Toilet wouldn’t flush and bowl continued to fill from the first use when we arrived. Was told this issue had never been raised by any previous occupants prior to us staying. When we requested reimbursement for inconvenience of not having two working toilets we were told that one was sufficient (the ensuite toilet) and that they would only reimburse a fraction of what we felt was acceptable to due the fact that they sent a plumber to fix issue in the middle of our stay. He was there for two hours - nice gentleman but uncomfortable to have stranger in the house and we couldn’t relax….only to be told it was a make do fix and issue was significant require much more work that would need to be completed after we left and that he couldn’t guarantee we wouldn’t have more issues during our stay.
