Lo acogedora que era y sin duda la gran atención que tuvo José con nosotros durante toda nuestra estancia siendo de agradecer los grandes detalles que tuvo de bienvenida con nosotros.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôte José et de ses présents et attentions de sa part lors de notre arrivée. L'hébergement est situé dans un petit village montagneux calme et très typique de la région. Il est très bien équipé.

− L'accès au village se fait par une très petite route montagneuse étroite et l'accès n'est pas très facile.

Minden annak rendje és módja szerint történt, ahogy a szállásadónk előzetesen tájékoztatott! Mindenben rendelkezésünkre állt kedves José; a reptéri poggyász méréstől kezdve, klassz strand ajánlásig. Finom palack bor várt minket, de másnapi reggelire valóval is kedveskedett (a gépünk kora este szállt le és mire kocsival megérkeztünk, minden normális hely zárva volt). De önmagában véve egy kedves, mosolygós spanyol férfit ismertünk meg, aki nemcsak szállásadónkká, hanem kicsit barátunkká is vált. Több éves vendéglátós múlttal a hátam mögött mondhatom én is, hogy José az a fajta vendégváró, akit jobban érdekel maga a vendég! Nagyon szépen köszönjük a kialakított pihenős teraszt, az illatos ágyneműt, a privát parkolást és persze a környék lakóinak kedves mosolyát és szeretetét irányunkba. Aki szeret túrázni imádni fogja a helyet, mert a környéket beszövik az ösvények, és vannak magaslatok is jócskán. Az autentikus kisház ráadásul túraútvonalon van! Remélem vissza tudunk még egyszer ide jönni. Muchos gracias José! :) La prossima volta!

Cozy and price worthy place to stay for families and couples alike

The location makes the apartment close to quite a few places of interest if you are interested in nature (Fortaleza, Cocodrilo Park, Barranco de Las Vacas). A family friendly place to stay with towels in abundance. There's a nice patio with recliners adjacent to the house if one wants to dine/take coffee outside. The host, who met us by the main road was a very helpful and informative. We were greeted by a free wine and some locally grown fruits, pastries. A secure parking spot was waiting for us upon arrival. If we ever decide to come back to the island this place would be our first-hand choice.

Entschleunigen in den Bergen

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es ist ein Eckhaus und der kleine Garten ist über die schmale Straße zu erreichen. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr sympathisch und bemüht einen den Aufenthalt zu versûßen ☺️

− Da gibt es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Man muß sich im klaren sein das man wirklich etwas weiter im Inland ist und Richtung Strand zwischen 30-40 Minuten Fahrzeit benötigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich eng und je kleiner das Auto ist umso besser 😂

It's a lovely house in a very charming village (Santa Lucia de Tirajana). Ideally located for hiking. There are plenty of trails in the area. The village is located south of the main mountain range (you can actually see the Pico de las Nieves from here), so the weather is almost always perfect, even in January. The house was spacious and clean and had a nice and sunny terrace. As one would expect, it's a renovated house. But this renovation was done with craftsmanship and a lot of attention to detail. The host (Jose) was perfect. Very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt welcome and at home. Jose also picked us up from the bus stop after we arrived in the village. Usually, after staying 5 days in the same location, we've seen enough and are happy to move on. Not this time. We would have loved to stay for another 5 days. We're already longing to return.

− Only some advice for travellers, unrelated to the location. The village has only one very small (but decently priced) supermarket (plus a bakery and good bars and restaurants). It takes about half an hour by car to the nearest larger place (Aguimes). So better buy some groceries before you arrive here. Also, it's in the mountains so be advised to take a sweater as evenings can be chilly. But this is all part of the charm of being in the mountains :-)
