Delightful cottage, clean and comfortable with comprehensive amenities. Friendly communications with the owners. Expectations were well managed and fully met (eg no body lotion provided). Lovely view across the water to Canada.

− A little bit expensive although it was the weekend.

Quite and cozy stay in Port Angeles

The location is great, close to downtown, Safeway, coffee shops and restaurant and and there was a good amount of parking space on the property. We were towing a small trailer and were able to fit our small truck and the trailer side by side. The house is right off of an alley that led to the main road, this was a nice touch that helped us get in and out easily. An added bonus is that the Olympic National Park visitor center is right up the road.

− The location is centrally located, but was tough to find after dark and the lock box with the door key for guests did not open so we called the help line and were given access to the staff key, which worked. This all got solved within 15 minutes and we were grateful that it was not raining. I'd encourage the owners to put the location address on the garage door or place a large welcome sign own the property that makes the house easier to find in the dark.

comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Just a few minutes away from several good restaurants, a grocery store and a few blocks from the entrance to hurricane ridge. Area was quiet and had no outside noise

− toilet does take several minutes to refill which effects shower temperature

− The cottage is tucked in a small driveway like alley. The directions could be a bit clearer.

Hope Cottage was so tidy-I think the cleanest place we have stayed (aside from hotels which we usually stay in). They had a new sponge, clean tea towels, coffee, and a full set of dishes, pots and pans, etc., and a new washer and dryer. It's the little touches that make this place. It is small and I think best for a couple. They have a fenced in garden with a table and chairs and a BBQ which we didn't use. They supplied great shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus plenty of towels-yay and a great blow dryer-an essential appliance. Thankfully, they had splits for A/C (who knew we'd need aircon in the mountains? It was located in a quiet residential area and in an ideal area to get to the mountains. The rental agency Brigadoon was terrific!!! Really nice folks who obviously care about the entire rental process. Highly recommend them!

− This has nothing to do with the cottage but Port Angeles is an interesting spot-very few restaurants so getting something to eat was a bit hard. However, it is a central location to get to the various must sees of the ONP.
