8.0Localização perfeita, contato amigável e solícito da proprietária (Luciana) e dos trabalhadores do condomínio (Antônio e Noel). Amei poder levar meu cachorrinho :) Meu filho de 6 anos não queria voltar pra casa :)
− Geladeira e fogão velhos, porém funcionando bem. Colchões poderiam ser mais firmes e novos.
