− The BBQ didn't work
We were disappointed that a property with so much potential was so run down.
6.0The location was great for using as a base to explore region. It would be much better in warmer weather though as it was better to go out than stay in.
− The general upkeep of the property was very poor when taking into consideration the tariff eg vertical blinds either didnt work or hung askew, shower tap that had to be yanked on and hard then to regulate, the cold tap on main bathroom would not turn on etc. Too cold and damp to use 4the bedroom downstairs.

7.0Lovely layout of kitchen, lounge and dining area - great space and plenty of seating for the number of people the house can cater for. Good-sized bedrooms. Walking distance to the beach (15-20 mins).
− The downstairs bedroom is dark and dank with a musty smell. We didn't feel it was fair to advertise this as an additional bedroom (we ended up carrying the mattress upstairs and squeezing more people into one room rather). The water pressure of the ensuite and main bathroom showers was not great, but luckily the downstairs shower worked well. Not enough forks! :)
