− Terrible experience with the host LJ Hooker, important information about deposits and keys was not given us to until the day before, forcing me to call multiple times. We were given long, overwhelming terms and conditions before our stay that threatened fines and withdrawal of a $200 deposit for trivial things such as moving furniture and putting bins out. As well as this we were expected to vacuum and mop the entire house upon exit or risked added fines. This with the lacklustre location of the house led to an overall disappointing experience.

7.0Loved the size of the house and the games for kids. Nice back yard. Beds were comfortable.
− I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, as stated in the property description. Also the only door in the dining room that had a screen on it was locked with no key, so couldn't really get any airflow without flies or mossies.

9.0The house is big and really confortable. Has 3 bedrooms and the bathroom is separated in 3 parts so it can be used by multiple people at the same time. Has washing maschine, bbq, big garden. The bond was returned within the 15 agreed days.
− The booking experience was a bit too much. I usually book through booking and that is enough, but this company sent me a sheet to be completed with lot of information, and since it has no free cancelation, once you booked you are forced to go through the proces. It is a bit far from supermarkets and everything big from jervis bay (30min aprox), but there are a few places available to get stuff if you go early enough.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can bring your own or contact the property for information on renting linen. Please note that there is a 0.99% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation.
