A very frustrated booking and stay.
4.0− We booked the property via booking. Com. However the property was managed by local LJ Hooker. The booking send me a 4 digits PIN, however we noticed the PIN to get the key is 3 digits on arrival , and it’ public holiday, no people answering the phone call made to LJ Hooker. Also, we need to bring our own linen which was only being told after we booked and it’s not refundable.
