Η βίλα ήταν υπέροχη, ευρύχωρη, καθαρή. Η θέα ήταν συγκλονιστική με πολύ πράσινο γύρω γύρω και καθαρή πισίνα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί.

Villa outdoor areas were spacious and there was a nice pool. Sea views from the balconies were beautiful. There were plenty of bath and pool towels and extra blankets.

− This property is in need of refurbishment. The pictures do not represent it's current condition. Something to note before you go/if you go: Warm water is not available until end of the day as they utilize solar panels to heat up the water in the water tank...there were 6 adults trying to shower in the evenings so whoever had the last shower would run out of any warm water even with each person shutting off the water whilst washing their hair etc. There was no warm water available in the sink taps at any time of day - we had to boil the kettle to pour into the kitchen sink to do dishes. The 2nd level shower stall didn't have any water pressure so was unusable and the sink in that same bathroom would spray water everywhere as it surged during use. We ended up just using the 2nd level bathroom for the toilet. We did call the property contact to ask about the water issues but no one returned our call. The washing machine which we had hoped to use was black inside, the pool lounge chair cushions which were supposed to be beige were black so no one wanted to sit on them, the stairs to the two 3rd floor bedrooms were almost like trying to climb a very steep ladder so no one ended up using the bedrooms up there as there was no toilet on that level and trying to scurry down in the night would have been dangerous. The ground floor apartment was more modern however, the shower stall was missing a door so water would spray the entire bathroom when showering, the furniture was so stained and dirty that blankets had to be placed on the surfaces, it didn't appear to have been cleaned properly as we killed at least 8 spiders in the main sitting room upon arrival, there was a dishwasher however as we did not receive any written instructions in any form in either the villa or apartment we could not figure out how to use it.

The villa is great and cozy, very clean. It's surrounded by olive trees garden and has a fantastic sea view. Located in a green area with lemon, orange and grape trees. The villa has an excellent grill place and necessary facilities for a lovely vacation. Close proximity to Ayios Nikitas center by walk or car. Very hospitable hosts.

It was an amazing experience!!! Once we arrived, Mrs Dina warmly welcomed us in the villa where she showed us all the rooms and explained us everything we needed to know about the house. The garden, the pool as well as the rooms were super clean. Every two days, they would come to clean our villa and that’s a plus! The first day, we enjoyed the barbecue since the only thing we had to purchase was the food, all the rest was provided by the villa. Very convenient indoor and outdoor places if you want to read a book and just enjoy the view of the sea. Parking area more than enough especially if you and your company drive more than 2 cars. Supermarket and restaurants just few minutes away. Location really good since you can go to the beach in 10 minutes. Overall experience 10/10!!! Special thanks to Mrs Dina for the great support during our stay in the villa!!! She is very kind person and always willing to help. For sure we will visit this place again!!! Highly recommended!!!
