9.0The house was spacious, and beautifully and tastefully decorated.
Pretty poor for what we paid
3.0− For the price we paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water due to a timer issue, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the prepaid electricity ran out overnight, leaving us without power and still without hot water in the morning until we topped it up ourselves. The property also had a strong smell of smoke, and the firelighters provided were insufficient to light the fireplace. To make matters worse, I submitted feedback after our stay but received no response. Overall, the accommodation did not deliver the standard or value expected at this price point.
