− Steep gravel driveway with no on site parking. Mattress on the double bed in small bedroom uncomfortable.
The view was ok.

− Unfortunately we felt this accom was not very good value for money. The accommodation itself is nice, and overall we had a good stay but we found it hard to find anything to justify the price. You have to supply your own bed linen and towels. Two (2) coffee capsules left for the stay, a list of check out duties (some of which we thought should be covered by the nightly rate). No Wi-Fi. Driveway is very steep & gravel. (this should be advised prior especially if your car is low profile) - we only just managed to park our car undercover. Overall it’s a nice place, just a bit too pricey for us.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of AUD40 per person or bring their own. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.
